Exclusion or Annexation of Land

(a)

The board may exclude land from the district or add land to the district in accordance with Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), or Subchapter H, Chapter 54 (Municipal Utility Districts), Water Code.

(b)

Land may not be added to the district until the board has obtained the written consent of the Cities of Carrollton and Farmers Branch to approve any petition for annexation.
