District Territory

The district is composed of the territory located within the redefined boundaries of the district filed in the deed records of Dallas County, Texas, on October 1, 1983, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code; or

(2)

other law.
