District Territory

The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 45, Acts of the 41st Legislature, Regular Session, 1929, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code; or

(2)

other law.
