Limitation on Debt

The total principal amount of bonds issued under Section 6611.201 (Authority to Issue Bonds; Taxes for Bonds) that the district may have outstanding at any time may not exceed 15 percent of the assessed value of all taxable property in the district as shown by the most recent appraisal roll of the district.
