Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 6604.003
District Territory

Unless the district territory has been modified under Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code, or other law, the boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of Fort Bend County.
