Notice of Commissioners’ Election

Notice of a commissioner’s election shall be given by publishing notice once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper with general circulation in the authority, with the first publication being made not earlier than the 60th day before the date of the election, and not later than the 21st day before the date of the election.
