Accounts, Contracts, and Other Records; Public Inspection

(a)

The board shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved governmental accounting standards.

(b)

The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records:

(1)

shall be kept at the district’s principal office; and

(2)

are public information under Chapter 552 (Public Information), Government Code.
