Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 3886.106
Rules; Enforcement


(a)

The district may adopt rules:

(1)

to administer or operate the district;

(2)

for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district’s property and facilities; or

(3)

to provide for public safety and security in the district.

(b)

The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.

(c)

To the extent a district rule conflicts with a town rule, order, or regulation, the town rule, order, or regulation controls.
