Money Used for Improvements or Services

The district may acquire, construct, finance, operate, maintain, or provide any works, facilities, improvements, or services authorized under this chapter, Chapter 375 (Municipal Management Districts in General), Local Government Code, or Chapters 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts) and 54 (Municipal Utility Districts), Water Code, using any money available to the district.
