Dissolution of District


The district may be dissolved as provided by Section 375.261 (Dissolution by Board Vote) or 375.262 (Dissolution by Petition by Owners), Local Government Code. If the district is dissolved, the district shall remain in existence solely for the purpose of discharging its bonds or other obligations according to their terms.
