Governing Body; Terms

(a)

The district is governed by a board of seven voting directors. Four directors are elected as provided by Section 3845.052 (Election of Directors) and three directors are appointed as provided by Section 3845.053 (Appointment of Directors).

(b)

Elected directors serve staggered terms of four years.

(c)

Appointed directors serve three-year terms and may be appointed for subsequent terms.
