Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 1096.059
Maintenance of Records; Public Inspection


Except as provided by Section 1096.053 (Bond; Record of Bond and Oath), the board shall:

(1)

maintain all district records, including books, accounts, notices, minutes, and other matters of the district and its operation, at the district office; and

(2)

make those records available for public inspection at reasonable times.
