Construction Contracts

A construction contract that involves the expenditure of more than $10,000 may be made only after advertising in the manner provided by Chapter 252 (Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability) and Subchapter C, Chapter 262 (Purchasing and Contracting Authority of Counties), Local Government Code.
