Assistant to District Administrator


(a)

The board may designate an assistant to the district administrator to discharge a duty or function of the administrator in the event of the administrator’s incapacity, absence, or inability to discharge the duty or function.

(b)

The assistant shall post the bond required by board order.

(c)

The assistant is subject to any limitation prescribed by board order.
