Bond; Record of Bond and Oath or Affirmation of Office

state.tx.us/GetStatute.aspx?Code=SD&Value=1040.053">1040.053. BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE. (a) Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:

(1)

payable to the district; and

(2)

conditioned on the faithful performance of the director’s duties.
