Contracts with Governmental Entities for Hospitalization


(a)

The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district’s boundaries for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.

(b)

The board may contract with this state or a federal agency for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person.
