Notice of Election

state.tx.us/GetStatute.aspx?Code=SD&Value=1008.052">1008.052. NOTICE OF ELECTION. At least 30 days before the date of an election of directors, notice of the election shall be published one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the district.
