Tex. Parks & Wild. Code Section 86.006
Permit


(a)

The permit shall identify the person authorized to disturb, take, or carry away marl, sand, gravel, shell, or mudshell and shall describe the nature of the material that may be disturbed, taken, or carried away.

(b)

The permit shall describe the area where the operation may occur and shall state the purpose of the operation.

(c)

The permit may contain other terms and conditions.

(d)

A general permit issued under this chapter has a maximum term length of one year.
