Tex. Parks & Wild. Code Section 78.107
Limit on Number of Licenses Held


(a)

A person may not hold or directly or indirectly control more than three licenses issued under this subchapter other than an equipment license.

(b)

A license issued to a person other than an individual must designate an individual in whose name the license will be issued.
