Tex. Parks & Wild. Code Section 68.016
Sold Species to Be Tagged

No person may sell endangered fish or wildlife or goods made from endangered fish or wildlife unless the fish or wildlife or goods are tagged or labeled in a manner to indicate compliance with Section 68.015 (Prohibited Acts)(a) and (b) of this code.
