Tex. Parks & Wild. Code Section 63.104
Penalties

(a)

A person who violates Section 63.102 (Wolves) of this code commits an offense that is a Parks and Wildlife Code felony.

(b)

A person who violates Section 63.103 (Sale of Certain Live Animals) of this code commits an offense that is a Class B Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.

(c)

A person who violates Section 63.002 (Possession of Live Game Animals) or 63.101 (Protection of Bats) of this code commits an offense that is a Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.
