Adoption of Proclamations


(a)

A proclamation under this chapter must be adopted by a quorum of the commission at a meeting of the commission held in the commission’s office in Austin.

(b)

A proclamation may be adopted at any special or regular meeting of the commission, for which the date and time are designated by the commission.

(c)

Any person interested in a proclamation is entitled to be heard at the meeting and may introduce evidence on the imminence of depletion or waste.

(d)

For the purpose of adopting a proclamation under this chapter, a quorum of the commission is five members.
