Tex. Nat. Resources Code Section 32.113
Exemption from Certain Real Estate Transaction Laws

(a)

Unless the statute specifically states that the statute applies to the board, the following statutes do not apply to the board:

(1)

a statute that would require the board to provide a notice or disclosure to a buyer of real property; and

(2)

a statute relating to the sale, purchase, or financing of real property by an executory contract, including a contract for deed or other similar sale.

(b)

This section does not affect the application of a statute described by Subsection (a)(2) to a party involved in a transaction with the board.
