Tex. Nat. Resources Code Section 116.142
Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person who knowingly violates this chapter or rules adopted by the commission under this chapter commits an offense.

(b)

An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000.

(c)

Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
