Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Air gun,” “ammunition,” and “firearm or air gun accessory” have the meanings assigned by Section 229.001 (Firearms; Air Guns; Knives; Explosives).

(1-a)

“Knife” has the meaning assigned by Section 46.01 (Definitions), Penal Code.

(2)

“Sport shooting range” has the meaning assigned by Section 250.001 (Restriction on Regulation of Sport Shooting Ranges).
