Tex. Labor Code Section 404.003
Sunset Provision


The office of injured employee counsel is subject to Chapter 325 (Sunset Law), Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the office is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2029.
