Tex. Labor Code Section 352.051
Vocational Rehabilitation Program for Individuals with Disabilities


(a)

The commission shall conduct a program to provide vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities.

(b)

To achieve the purposes of the program, the commission may:

(1)

cooperate with other public and private agencies in studying the problems involved in providing vocational rehabilitation and in establishing, developing, and providing necessary or desirable facilities and services;

(2)

enter into reciprocal agreements with other states to provide vocational rehabilitation for the residents of the states concerned; and

(3)

conduct research and compile statistics relating to the vocational rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities.
