Tex. Labor Code Section 213.005
Costs Adjudged Against State or Commission

The commission shall pay from the administration fund established under Subchapter D (Administration Fund), Chapter 203 (Financing and Funds), costs adjudged against the state or the commission in a suit instituted on behalf or at the request of the commission under this chapter or Section 204.086 (Collection of Contribution, Penalty, or Interest from Successor Employer).
