Tex. Ins. Code Section 846.103
Limitation on Action Against Board Member

A board member may not be held liable in a private cause of action for any delinquency under Section 846.102 (Duties of Board Members) after the expiration of the earlier of:

(1)

six years from the date of delinquency; or

(2)

two years from the time when the delinquency is discovered by a person complaining of the delinquency.
