Liquidation, Rehabilitation, or Conservation of Group Hospital Service Corporation

The dissolution, liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation of a group hospital service corporation is subject to Chapters 441 (Supervision and Conservatorship) and 443 (Insurer Receivership Act).
