Tex. Ins. Code Section 804.108
Insurance Holding Company System Law

A person, as that term is defined by Section 823.002 (Definitions), that violates Chapter 823 (Insurance Holding Company Systems) is considered to have appointed the commissioner as agent for service of process on the person for an action or proceeding arising from a violation of that chapter.
