Tex. Ins. Code Section 4153.056
Reexamination

(a)

An applicant who fails the examination may retake the examination on payment of an additional examination fee.

(b)

The commissioner may require the applicant to wait for a reasonable period determined by the commissioner before the applicant may retake the examination.
