Tex. Ins. Code Section 4151.056
Duration of Certificate of Authority


A certificate of authority issued to an administrator under this chapter is effective until it is suspended, canceled, or revoked. The issuance, denial, suspension, cancellation, or revocation of a certificate of authority to act as an administrator is subject to:

(1)

Subchapters B and C, Chapter 4005 (Conduct, Disciplinary Actions, and Sanctions);

(2)

Chapter 82 (Sanctions); and

(3)

Subchapter G.
