Tex. Ins. Code Section 4005.151
Acting as Agent After License Suspension or Revocation; Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person acts as an agent after the person’s agent license has been suspended or revoked.

(b)

An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
