Service of Process

In a suit described by Section 3503.151 (Venue of Suit on Certain Bonds or Other Obligations), process shall be served in accordance with Sections 804.003 (Fees), 804.101 (Domestic Company), 804.102 (Domestic Company that Maintains Principal Offices or Books, Records, and Accounts out of State), 804.103 (Authorized Alien or Foreign Company), 804.201 (Procedure for Serving Commissioner), 804.202 (Effect of Service on Commissioner), 804.203 (Mailing Process; Certificate)(a), (c), and (d), and 804.204 (Record), as applicable.
