Construction with Other Law

(a)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, a regulated entity may conduct business electronically in accordance with this chapter and the rules adopted under Section 35.004 (Minimum Standards for Regulated Entities Electronically Conducting Business with Consumers).

(b)

To the extent of any conflict between another provision of this code and a provision of this chapter, the provision of this chapter controls.
