Definition of Person

The definition of “person” assigned by Section 311.005 (General Definitions), Government Code, does not apply to any provision in this title or in Title 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 20.

A reference in a law to a statute or a part of a statute revised by this title or by Title 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 20 is considered to be a reference to the part of this code that revises that statute or part of that statute.
