Tex. Ins. Code Section 2153.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Group automobile insurance” means automobile insurance that:

(A)

covers individuals who are over 55 years of age; and

(B)

is offered under a group marketing plan.

(2)

“Group marketing” means the marketing of group automobile insurance to an eligible group under Section 2153.052 (Eligibility of Group).
