Tex. Ins. Code Section 1805.058
Prohibited Acts


(a)

An advisory organization may not compile or distribute recommendations for:

(1)

rates; or

(2)

profit or expenses other than loss adjustment expenses.

(b)

An insurer or advisory organization may not:

(1)

attempt to monopolize, combine, or conspire with another person to monopolize an insurance market;

(2)

engage in a boycott, on a concerted basis, of an insurance market; or

(3)

make an agreement with another insurer, advisory organization, or person if the agreement has the purpose or effect of restraining trade unreasonably or substantially lessening competition in the business of insurance.
