Definitions

Except as provided by Section 1693.003 (Commissioner Determinations Regarding Federal Regulations), in this chapter, “enrollee,” “exchange,” “qualified health plan,” and “qualified health plan issuer” have the meanings assigned by 45 C.F.R. Section 155.20 as that section existed on January 1, 2015.
