Exemption from Preauthorization Requirements for Physicians and Health Care Providers Providing Certain Health Care Services

A preauthorization process used by a health coverage plan provided under this chapter is subject to the same limitations and requirements provided by Subchapter N (Definitions), Chapter 4201 (Utilization Review Agents), for a preauthorization process used by an insurer.
