Health and Human Services Commission Assistance

(a)

The Health and Human Services Commission shall assist the department in carrying out the department’s responsibilities under this subchapter.

(b)

The department and the Health and Human Services Commission by rule may adopt a memorandum of understanding to carry out this subchapter.
