Indemnity or Benefits Payable for Disability

A discontinuation of health benefit plan coverage occurring during a period of disability does not affect:

(1)

any benefits payable under the plan for loss of time from work because of the disability; or

(2)

any specific indemnity required to be provided under the plan during a period of hospital confinement.
