Tex. Human Resources Code Section 246.004
Industries Fund

(a)

A Texas Juvenile Justice Department industries program fund is created in the state treasury.

(b)

Proceeds from the operation of the industries program shall be deposited in the fund.

(c)

Money from the fund may be appropriated only for use by the department for the administration of this chapter.
