Tex. Human Resources Code Section 223.003
Special Rules for Multi-county Jurisdictions


If necessary, the board by rule may provide for:

(1)

the payment of compensation, insurance, retirement, fringe benefits, and related matters to a juvenile probation officer whose jurisdiction covers more than one county;

(2)

the centralization of administrative responsibility associated with the state aid program in a county included in a multi-county jurisdiction; and

(3)

the application of Section 223.001 (Determination of Amount of State Aid) to a multi-county jurisdiction.
