Tex. Human Resources Code Section 202.010
Sunset Provision


The Texas Juvenile Justice Board and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department are subject to Chapter 325 (Sunset Law), Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the board and the department are abolished September 1, 2027.
