Tex. Human Resources Code Section 121.0014
Vision Statement

(a)

The Health and Human Services Commission, each health and human services agency, and each state agency that administers a workforce development program shall adopt the following statement of vision:

In this section, “health and human services agency” means an agency listed by Section 531.001 (Definitions)(4), Government Code.

In this section, “health and human services agency” means an agency listed by Section 521.0001 (Definitions)(5), Government Code.
