The department shall develop model educational materials to be available on the department’s Internet website to educate the public about AIDS and HIV infection.
The educational materials must:
include information about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection, state laws relating to the transmission, and conduct that may result in the transmission of HIV; and
be scientifically accurate and factually correct and designed to:
communicate to the public knowledge about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection; and
