Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 752.007
Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person, firm, corporation, or association or an agent or employee of a person, firm, corporation, or association commits an offense if the person, firm, corporation, association, agent, or employee violates this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000, confinement in jail for not more than one year, or both.
