Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 533A.066
Information Relating to Icf-iid Program

(a)

At least annually, the department shall sponsor a conference on the ICF-IID program to:

(1)

assist providers in understanding survey rules;

(2)

review deficiencies commonly found in ICF-IID facilities; and

(3)

inform providers of any recent changes in the rules or in the interpretation of the rules relating to the ICF-IID program.

(b)

The department also may use any other method to provide necessary information to providers, including publications.
